Perfect for couples

Condo was sparkling clean and well stocked. Location is central and walking distance to various shops and restaurants. The whale sanctuary is across the street where there is also a beach where the turtles often rested. Would stay again.

Great Location

The location is PERFECT for those who want to experience all of Maui. We were able to walk across the street and watch the sunset every evening...BEAUTIFUL spot, even had a monk seal on the beach with us one evening while watching the sunset. The location is close to all the activities we did while on Maui. The furniture is dated but we were not in the condo much so that didn't bother us. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Very nice place

This condo was very nice and clean! It had all the amenities that you could need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, nice sitting room, and a balcony on the courtyard to enjoy the beautiful vegetation. You have a small view of the ocean. The owner and managers were very helpful!

It’s all about location!

Beautiful! Stayed here with my daughter for a week. Location was perfect, just a minute walk across the street to the beach, close to food and stores, pool and hot tub right outside the door. Parking behind our condo. We absolutely loved our stay here! Mahalo

Quiet stay

Most everything about this location was great. Facility was quiet and clean. Condo had beach chairs and an ice chest to use. Only about half of the condos seemed to be in use. Only thing to be aware of is that this location is where the wind comes through so lots of sand on balcony each day. Didn’t experience this at other locations we have stayed. Entrance to parking lot was always marked with a small sand dune which was our landmark for the week.

Perfect size for 2 people. The mattress is tall so the bottom sheet keeps slipping off. Other than that no issues.

Whale watching

We were very comfortable for our stay. The location was perfect for the beach to watch whales, shopping close by and heading out to explore Maui. Condo was well stocked with things we needed for our stay. Loved it! Thank yoou for sharing your home.

Nice place at reasonable price...

Well equipped, quiet unit. Had everything we needed, and extras we didn't expect. Very comfortable mattress, but needs new sheets that will actually stay on. Making the reservation, accessing the unit, and checking out was a breeze. Loved reading by the pool and relaxing on the lanai. Would definitely stay there again!

It was great. Very nicely decorated. They were well stocked for just about any issue..We Experienced several nights of heavy rain which flooded The parking lot but was fine by morning. The only issue for us was that parking was in the back of the unit , so We had to carry things pretty far. Not a big issue but we are in our 70's

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to other parts of the island. And loved that we could walk across the street to a very nice and secluded beach. Although window units kept the entire unit cool and comfortable, they did not help manage dampness (maybe filters could be changed more frequently?). Noticed the difference in both our congestion/stuffiness for the 2 days we spent in a unit on the Big Island.

Stay at Kihei

Aloha! Overall our stay at Kihei has some pros and cons that made me give a 3star rating here. Home has a very nice location, well stocked home with beach equipment and kitchen supplies all set well; it also had good enough laundry and cleaning supplies. Also to mention before and after reaching Kihei the staff was very communicative and prompt in making sure we made it to the rental. Some downsides are apartment needs updates really bad; door locks, carpets dirty, bed is sagging and very old, bed sheets had stains, bathroom was not very clean, couch was old and rough.. we had to do a laundry before using the bed and had to put a sheet on the couch before using it! A/C on bedroom is very noisy and had to pretty much wipe down everything before we used it. TV did not work for the time that we were in the rental and there is a serious need for updates and rental condition does not look like what was advertised. Kihei however was a great location, people are very friendly. Mahalo!

Good value. However the carpet was very dirty and stained, and ants were a big problem. Check in info said no reserved parking, yet spaces were painted "reserved" and there were cones with unit # on them.

Nice condo convenient to the beach

Overall, the condo was nice. The location was right across the street from the Humpback Whale sanctuary with a lagoon that has turtles. The kitchen was well-appointed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and found that, unlike other condo communities where we have stayed in Kihei, these were not crowded. Our only comments are that the carpet has some staining and the furniture is a bit dated.

Cute condo across the street from the beach

This is a cute, one bedroom condo across the street from a very small beach. It does have a very cool cove that sea turtles come into in the evening. The only thing I did not like about this condo is the very small bathroom. It was difficult to move around in the tub toilet area. Other than that it was convenient to restaurants, shops, and other things to do. We did enjoy our time there.

Best place to stay

I think the best compliment I can give you is that as we were leaving we wanted to call and ask how much would it cost to buy the condo? We thoroughly loved our stay and hope to do it again soon. GREAT location and other than a neighbor smoking some wacky weed it was perfect, TY!!
