The studio can accommodate 4 people and has in unit washer/dryer. Kihei Akahi is located in the heart of S. Kihei where some of the best beaches, dining, & shopping is located. The resort offers a pool, tennis courts, & more. Cross the street & end up at Kamaole II Beach park, a local and tourist favorite.

Studio Layout: Open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table (2 chairs), Smart TV with cable, queen-size bed, queen sofa sleeper with linens, window A/C unit, ceiling fan, and in-unit washer/dryer.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, single-sink vanity, and fresh towels.

Lanai: Private lanai with seating for 2 and peaceful garden/Haleakalā views. Beach gear provided — chairs, umbrella & small cooler (no snorkel gear). Please rinse sand before returning.

🏨ZONING: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.



🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.



☀️HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife including geckos, ants & occasional roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are a normal part of island living. Our units are clean and inspected; any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
