Kihei Akahi #C-203 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. There is a queen bed and queen sofa bed, and a walk-in shower (no tub). Unit has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Each reservation will receive one free tropical sarong to use and take home with you as a souvenir of your stay at #C-203! For outdoor activities, Kihei Akahi #C-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Clean, have everything, and very centrally located. Wish the property has an EV charger (110v or 220v) for overnight charging. Overall great experience, our family enjoyed it.

Great spot in Kihei!

Great location right across from Kamaole 2 and even has a view of the ocean from the lanai. The unit is very well equipped with everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs. Everything worked as it should and we had no issues. We were quite comfortable but would suggest a new mattress soon. It seems to be fairly old, slightly sagged in the middle and very soft due to the thick foam topper. The carpet could use a shampoo soon as the high traffic areas are showing a bit dirty. Other than these couple things we were very happy with our stay!

The only problem was the heat in the bedroom where no AC but we fixed placing the big fan we found there in the hallway and all the cold air from living moved in the bedroom. Balcony was offering even a nice sunset. Kamaole has the most nice sand comparing with sands on Big Island and Oahu. Clean quiet and relax what else do you need ?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location, easy to get to everything in Maui.This place needs the full split A/C like so many other units at this complex has, the tiny little A/C that is in the living room is not adequate to cool the place and must run all of the time to just slightly cool the room, not efficient. I would not stay here again simply due to that. The unit should have a digital room lock, not the lock box, it is scary leaving the key to your room hanging on the door in just a little metal box that who knows may have the code. The unit itself could use some updates; the foam pad on the bed is not the greatest, the paint and decor are very dated. If you are rarely in the room, as we are, it "works" but nothing special at all.

Perfect Home Away From Home

I absolutely cannot believe I lucked out with booking this place! It was absolutely wonderul and no complaints whatsoever. My partner and I slept wonderfully because the bed was sooo comfortable and it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was within walking distance that we never really took our car out to get food or visit the store! It was a wonderful stay and would 100% come back again.
