E komo mai! This is the Hawaiian way of saying all are welcome.

Mahalo (thank you) for taking a moment to view my home in beautiful Kihei, Maui. This 4th floor condo is located in the most convenient location on Maui. From the moment you walk in the door it is impossible to ignore the sweeping magnificent views from the private lanai (patio or balcony). You can see the popular Kamaole Beach Park featuring picnic areas, grassy lawns, beach, volleyball, baseball, soccer, and basket ball courts. It also has a wonderful beach walk. To the left you will be able to watch one of South Maui's most popular surf spots, Cove Park. It is the perfect place to learn to surf. There are two places to rent boards and take lessons. One is located on the first floor of this building. The other is located just across the street. If you are more of a diver or interested in other ocean activities like whale watching or snorkel adventures then I have you covered here as well. Just visit Maui Dreams Dive shop, also on the first floor. If you get hungry there are three restaurants located on the property. Joy's Place is a wonderful sandwich shop offering excellent coffee and healthy sandwiches. Surfside Cafe is a new restaurant offering Local, American and Cuban cuisine and serves breakfast and lunch all day. Your Bliss has Maui inspired gourmet frozen delights as well as some great food options.

Great Location in Kihei

Great location - steps from a beach park and from a multitude of food options. Try the sushi place on the first floor of the building, it’s delicious! We had a great time during our stay.

We stayed here for a weeklong anniversary trip and the condo was absolute perfection! Stunning front-seat views for the sunset each night, giant food cart pod with live music out back that we could walk to in a few minutes, and so many shops and restaurants (plus Foodland!) within a couple of blocks. You dont really need a car, but if you have one the parking is extremely easy and convenient. The very best thing of all is access to the Cove, the best gentle surf spot on the island. We rented boards from Maui Wave Riders across the street each morning and walked them over to the ocean where the water was so warm and friendly and full of turtles - just paradise. Can't recommend this condo unit enough - immaculate, helpful owner, quiet and secure. Thank you for the stay!

We loved our stay at Island Surf. The Cove is right across the street and a perfect place to learn to surf. There is a rental shop across the street. Loved the views and watching the sunset from the balcony,

We had a great stay. Location was great, across from one of the most popular surfing beaches. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. Overall, would stay again.

Perfect location!

This property was the perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. We watched the sunsets from the lanai every night and the surfers during the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

The location is unbeatable. Steps from the beach and park, shops, dining, bars, and restaurants, but the unit itself is quiet and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Visiting family and friends

The property was furnished nicely. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were eating in. The view of the ocean and the sunsets were amazing. We were able to walk to several eateries and the grocery store. We really appreciated having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Having a washing machine and dryers were awesome.

Great location for views and food

The place was clean and had a really great ocean view. Shawn was prompt in answering questions we had. There are so many places within walking distance - food trucks, shopping, Foodland, beach park, etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

I loved this unit. I’ve stayed at the property before, but Shawn’s unit is beautiful. I loved the decor in the bathroom. Perfect location and the taco truck and cookie place are amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

It’s my first time using a VRBO property. And this was an amazing choice. We had a beautiful time and really enjoyed the property. The view of the ocean was just so stunning and beautiful. The location is great because you are right across the surfing area of the beach and within walking distance of many dining options. There is a small convenience store on the first level which turned out VERY convenient for us… 🤭. Our host, Shawn was very attentive to our needs as well. Overall, an excellent first time experience in Hawaii…thank you Shawn. ❤️

Amazing stay

We had an amazing 10 day stay. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. Located in a perfect spot close to restaurants and shopping you can walk to. They provide so much for you. I highly recommend you look in the outdoor storage box before you go shopping for umbrellas and snorkel gear. We really enjoyed our stay. The views were outstanding. Only issue we had was the dryer wasn’t working well. But it was a minor issue.

Terrific condo - perfect location!!!

Shawn's condo is fantastic! Check in was a breeze. It was spotless and perfectly appointed. We had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We loved being able to watch the whales and the sunsets and the beach volleyball games (and the chickens) in the park across the street. The bed was comfy with nice linens and the bedroom was quiet. Note: There was discolouration on the bedroom carpet but you could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned. That's what happens to carpets by the beach! Don't miss the gardens behind the condo where there are excellent food trucks. Try the açai bowls from "Sweet Hula" for breakfast! There is a really friendly convenience store right in the condo building, a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and Foodland - a wonderful grocery store. We love Kihei and we had a great stay. We will definitely be booking Shawn's condo again.

Nice place with Great Location!

Location was perfect! Right across from the park/small beach & Ocean. Condo is on the 4th floor so you can sit on the balcony and watch whales jumping & the sunset. Lots of action - Walk to restaurants and shopping. Ohana Seafood Bar & Grill and Paia Fish Market are both excellent and just a short walk. Lots of food trucks right behind in the South Maui Gardens. The condo is across the street from the ocean so there is quite a bit of traffic but it didn't seem to bother us. Condo was small but nice. Perfect for 2 people. Bed was a little more firm but the linens were nice. No kind of bath soap provided so bring your own. Nicer cookware and utensils then I've ever had in a vrbo. Appreciated that! Nice comfortable furniture & well kept place. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were also there to use. Had a great time! We would stay here again!

Vacation in paradise

We didn't want to stay at the big resorts and opted for a VRBO. This unit checked all the boxes and exceeded our expectations! Ocean view, AC, walking distance from restaurants, shopping and grocery store. The condo had everthing. Filtered water and ice from the fridge in the kitchen, pots and pans (so we didnt need to go out for breakfast and happy hour each day), beach towels, chairs, umbrella and blanket. We rented boogie boards at the store across the street (couldn't convince my son to take a surfing lesson). Great beginner surfing right across the street from the condo. We only had to drive 30 minutes to do our luau and snorkeling trip in Lahina. Great beaches near by for snorkeling off the beach. Tons of shopping, food trucks and restaurants right outside your door. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Totally recommend this condo!! Owner was very responsive from when we booked it 4 months in advance up to our departure.

Great location

Centrally located on S Kihei Rd with lots of food options within walking distance. Kamala Park across the street and beaches close. Condo was nice and has a beautiful view.

Killer view and great location!

We walked in to Hawaiian music playing and immediately saw the incredible view. Shawn’s place is in a very convenient location; right across from the beach, great restaurants, shops, etc.

Excellent location for Kihei

We watched whales and sunset from the balcony. The property is a bit dated but clean and functional. The location is absolutely perfect for Kihei. Easy walk to Food land for fresh poke every day.
