This unique complex offers a library and lobby and is centrally located on Sugar Beach, the longest stretch of white sandy beach on this side of the island. You will be only steps away from a general store, Ulalani Shave Ice, a gift shop and a farmers' market where you can grab fresh coconuts, pineapple, various pastries and local goodies.

For travelers seeking luxury and an escape from life this property is perfect! The newly renovated condo is a spectacular beachfront vacation rental with panoramic ocean views and extensive West Maui mountain views. You will love the exquisite interior design of this home.

This FULLY renovated condo features a King bed. A fully stocked and supplied kitchen is perfect for preparing your own meals to enjoy on your private lanai. You will also have access to grill on the outdoor barbecues.

There is ample seating in the large and comfortable living room and dining area, to enhance your relaxation, there is CENTRAL AIR, cable TV/DVD as well as FREE WiFi internet. Coin operated Washer/Dryer located on the 3rd and 5th floors for your convenience. The cost is $4.00 per load and quarters are available for exchange at the front desk.

Sugar Beach offers several miles of sandy coastline; excellent for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking or canoeing. This is the perfect beach for morning or sunset walks and to spot turtles! There are also several tide pools along the walk that may interest the younger beach combers.

The complex is located right next to the Kihei Canoe Club, where you can watch avid canoe paddlers launch off of this beautiful beach. Come witness a true Hawaiian art and tradition! The property is only a 15 minute drive from the Kahului (OGG) airport and even closer to the Maalaea Harbor.

Be sure to stop by the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge on your stroll and take advantage of the wooden boardwalk to look out onto the glassy waters and lush foliage of this natural reserve.

Awesome stay in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed this property. Location was outstanding! Activities, restaurants, beaches everything very near by. Property was clean, comfortable and had amazing view off the porch. Property management was super responsive to a few questions we had. All and all would highly recommend this property.
