THE CONDO
Enjoy one of the best locations in Maui Banyan. Walk down one flight of steps and you are steps from the pool and one minute from beautiful Kamaole 2 beach! The condo has beautiful and unique furnishings and art for a wonderful Olina (Hawaiian for "joy") vacation feel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and full-sized appliances you use at home, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer.
The bedroom features a king bed and spacious shower. For your entertainment, there is a smart TV in the living and the bedroom, with basic cable and free Wi-Fi.
The unit is perfectly situated to feel the cool trade winds in the afternoon, and it has AC for extra cooling when needed. Out on the balcony, you can enjoy a relaxing meal and ocean breezes, and you will find beach chairs, towels, a cooler, umbrella and boogie boards for your trips to the beach. Beach towels are provided, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit.
The building has an elevator, but this second-floor unit is also next to the stairs for quick access to the pool and beach. The unit number is G201 - it is in building G at the end closest to the beach.
This unit includes free parking in an assigned space in the parking garage.
MAUI BANYAN RESORT
The resort has two beautiful swimming pools with hot tub, BBQ area, picnic tables and lots of lounge chairs. BBQ utensils are provided to grill yourself some food down by the pool. You have your own reserved space for free parking in the parking garage.
Maui Banyan Resort HOA requires you to provide your email address and mobile phone number and to provide the first and last name of each person staying in the unit.
KAMAOLE BEACH 2
Beautiful, uncrowded beach with excellent snorkeling, soft sand, washrooms, lifeguard station, outdoor shower and reef safe sunscreen dispenser. Soft golden sand extends into very swimmable water, stunning views and sunsets in the evening.
