This beautifully renovated condo boasts a stunning ocean view and is situated across one of the best beaches in Kihei, Kamaole 3 Beach Park. Enjoy the daily sunset from the lanai, whale-watching from December to April while sipping coffee, cocktails, and savoring outdoor dining, or simply relax. The great room with a renovated kitchen has everything you need to make a picnic lunch to gourmet meals. The seating area features a reclining Lazy Boy sofa and a massage chair, perfect for unwinding while watching movies or your favorite shows on cable or streaming services. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and both bedrooms come with portable ACs to keep you cool. The second bathroom has combination shower and tub. The unit also has full size washer and dryer, so you can pack light and not to worry about bringing home dirty laundry. The complex has a BBQ facility, a pool, and one designated parking space. The location is simply amazing - across from Kamaole 3 Beach Park. Whether you want to relax on the lawn area or at the beach, have a beach BBQ, go snorkeling or stand-up paddle-boarding, or simply enjoy the many activities available for the whole family, this condo complex has it all. Plus, it's conveniently located near groceries, shops, restaurants, food trucks, shave ice, and a short drive to Wailea, where you can indulge in resort dining, spa treatments, and golf courses. So, come and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones at Maui Parkshore 216!

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Comfortable Unit

This unit is comfortable and stocked with everything you need. It takes a day or so to figure out all the remotes but after that it's easy to operate everything. I would have given this unit 5 stars with the exception of we had to clean the fridge upon arrival before we could use it. The rental and property staff were quick to respond and wonderful to work with. We would stay in this unit again.
