We truly enjoyed our stay! We were a family of 4 and two grandparents and this condo was amazing for us! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and having the wagon for the beach helped so much with bringing beach chairs and the cooler down!The beach across the street is one of our favourites and the kids loved the pool and kids hot tub! We will definitely be back!

We loved getting in the pool most nights. The view is amazing from the edge of the grounds. They provided the basics. The rice cooker didn’t work. Most knives were not useful. There were many but many several didn’t work. The sleeper sofa in the dining room needs to be replaced. The springs were falling off. It was so uncomfortable my kids slept on the floor instead. AC was lacking. Nights were not comfortable due to the heat. Doors in bedrooms had to be opened in order to get cold air in. The dining room AC worked well and kept the living and dining area cool. The park next to grounds was easily accessible. The beach near grounds was rocky and not swim friendly. The locks were not working properly in master bedroom and hallway bathroom. 2 were replaced and one still didn’t lock. When you are traveling with children you want the master bedroom to lock. The hallway bathroom and the guest bathroom didn’t lock. I only complained about two of them so only 2 were replaced. I later informed them that the guest bedroom didnt lock. They told me that this was not usually a problem for guests. I have a daughter that wanted to change in the bedroom and couldn’t change in there. The hallway bathroom didn’t lock either so she couldn’t change there as well. Locks are important.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was clean and comfortable. It contained everything that we needed for the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, a wagon). The property management provided excellent communication and a through description of the expectations for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Maui.

Great condo by the beach

This condo was clean and in great shape, the bunk beds for the kids was a plus. Excellent location and loved all the beach equipment that was provided. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Clean Modern condo

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands 4 separate times. The property is absolutely gorgeous and a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was clean and fully stocked. Would book again here.

Would stay again!

Our entire family had an amazing stay here. Beds were comfortable, location is perfect and the management was incredible. Highly recommend staying here. Only draw back was the upstairs bedroom gets a little warm during the day but it cooled off perfectly at night so we didn’t worry.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s perfect location and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets. Was clean, comfortable beds and nice well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Stay!

This unit exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view from the lanai and the unit was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and so was the beach equipment, which we used and appreciated. Loved that one of the bedrooms had a bunk bed and a separate double (or queen?) bed. Made it easier for our teens to share the room. Great communication and it was so easy to check in. Would love to stay here next time!

Excellent location and view

We arrived very late and were a tad confused where the office was but got settled in. The AC was much needed and everything so comfortable from the pillows to the mattresses. We have kids who can’t swim and they provided life jackets, bogey boards, and beach towels. I was impressed with the space and everything that was available to us. The beach was right across the street and, overall, the location was right in the middle of everything. We will be booking annual trips here in the future.

Great place right by the beach

Overall, really loved this place. Very clean, comfy and well stocked. Appreciated TVs in both bedrooms. Should note that the AC really only cools the main living room. The bedrooms gets really hot at night. Luckily they do have multiple fans in the bedrooms but still quite warm. The screen door for the lanai was off the rails but it was so hot, we didn't want to let the cold air from the AC out anyway. Location is right across the street from Kamaole Beach III but just down the street from Kamaole Beach II which was more appropriate for kids. Biggest issue was we called/reached out to property management the first day re: checking in and never heard back. That said, we liked the place enough to come back. :)

Wonderful

This condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make some meals, the beds were comfy and we had lots of room. There was a great selection of water toys, beach chairs and even an umbrella. The view from the lanai was beautiful as the complex is right across from the beach and this unit was in the building closest to it. The complex itself is very well maintained, clean and quiet at night. There is a pool, hot tubs, and several barbecues for guest use. Communication was great and any questions we had were always answered quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay

Condo was located within walking distance of several beaches, nice shops and restaurants. Also food trucks just down the road. The condo was stocked with every item I could think of for the beach even down to a wagon to take everything with you to the beach. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub area was nice although the adult hot tub was excessively hot. The grills were a nice option to be able to cook vs eating out. We had plenty of space and a good time for the little time we spent inside. My only complaint would be the issues we had with parking, they were quickly resolved though.

You can't beat the location.

Our overall impression was terrific. We were a little disappointed with how dirty the floors were. Some of the beach chairs need to be replaced and the storage unit where the chairs are stored is a dirty mess. Fix the light above the sink and I would guess it's time for a new garbage disposal. That said, we will book again. Thanks
