The view is breath taking. Love being right on the ocean. Access to the beach was simple and easy. If you have a cart, there is a ramp access. Love being in a gated community. The villa was not bad, it is just a little tired looking.

We had the best stay here! From the views to the amazing beds, this unit did not disappoint. It was very clean and private. The trees surrounding the property gave you a feel of living in a treehouse.

The snowstorm kept us at our daughter’s due to bridges being closed. When we arrived on thursday afternoon, the snow and ice on the walkway was treacherous! The view from the balcony was great and the weather was cold, but we made the best of it. Thank goodness for a repair man who cleared our walkway. The furniture is dated and needs replacing.

Balcony on this unit seems so much closer to the beach than others. High enough to see the beach and open on both sides to see up and down the beach as well!

The most important thing to us was being right on the ocean. The condo worked for us. However, it shows its age, especially on the deck or balcony, which needs new furniture.

Wonderful stay for our girls weekend! Villa was beautiful and was just the right size! Vacasa left a nice welcoming package for us that made us feel special! The accommodations were perfect! Only thing that could use some improvement was the living room seating which was worn and could of had been better otherwise it was great. We would stay there again in the future.

The property is right on the beach. We loved the view. The furnishings are outdated. I loved all the extra blankets. The kitchen lacked enough wine glasses. Overall it was a good stay, however i would not recommend this particular unit in the future!!

Villa was great except the remote on the main TV only turned it on. We could not change channels so we watched the same channel. The MBR toilet ran spontaneously during the Night.

The location steps from the beach had a beautiful view, however, the overall property (interior) of the villa needs a refresh. For the price of this villa my expectation was the inside would be in better shape. A paint job, updated furnishings and newer household items as small as a new shower rod, shower curtain, bedding and pots and pans would go a long way to make the inside as enjoyable as the proximity to and beautiful ocean view. Some things can not be determined in a listing. The internet can make anything look good. While I will certainly stay in this area again I would not select this particular villa on a return visit. It did not meet my expectations for the price of the stay.

But multiple repairs needed throughout the rest. As always this is a great location, unfortunately there are multiple things within the unit that need to be repaired including lights, broken window handles, all rugs need to be replaced and are dirty, paint chipped and peeling in multiple rooms in multiple locations. Kitchen has been beautifully redone and was the highlight. The view is spectacular but the rest of the unit needs a complete overhaul. Not in keeping with other WINDSWEPT CONDOS. I’ve rented many

The unit was lovely. However, it was not super clean- dust/odd items under the bed, trash behind the kitchen garbage can. It also was lacking in some very basic household items including liquid dish soap, napkins, dishcloths and hand soap at the kitchen sink. Some pots did not have matching lids. The coffee maker had several sets of filters that were not the correct type (basket vs cone filters). We all were looking for larger coffee mugs and cereal bowls but made due with the miniatures that were there ☺️ The kids got hot in the twin beds bedroom. It could use a ceiling fan. And the bathroom did not seem to be very clean or it’s dated appearance makes it seem so. The master bedroom was quite comfortable and the master bath suite very nice. The balcony was wonderful however we found ourselves vying for the only 2 chairs. We had 4 people in our group. Overall good experience 😊

This house was great! We are actually beach house owners in another location, so we really appreciated how great this place was. Location is perfect on the beach, beds were comfortable, enough towels, kitchen is in great condition, etc. Many people have commented about the furniture being older, I agree with that but it does the job and is comfortable. The place was perfect for relaxing, for quick access to the beach, bathrooms were great, etc. The only suggestions I have are full length mirrors somewhere and more silverware in kitchen (forks especially, we had to go buy plastic ones). Place was clean, it has an elevator if you have alot of bags, and there is also a bathroom right off of the beach access. Very convenient!!

Enjoyed the view. But condo was not in good shape. Living room furniture is worn out. Electrical outlets in bathroom do no work. Toaster was toast(didn't work at all). Issues with the lights. Missing bulbs in the bathroom. Hair dryer came from a old hotel. Pans put back in oven dirty. Owners need to come and stay and see what they can do the correct some of these issues.

We loved the view! AMAZING. The complex beautiful and centrally located on the island. Concerns that there were no instructions for tv. There were no guides on what to see, shops, groceries, pool access, etc. Our other wedding guests staying elsewhere, all had these amenities. We would recommend some sort of greeting paper work at the condo.

We love Kiawah and have stayed in several units on the island over the years. This Vacasa condo is quite dated. The screened door to the deck was completely off its track. The master toilet runs. There were many ant traps sitting around, unattractive evidence that they know they have a problem. We did see several large black ants, one on the bed pillow in the master. Not a huge problem, we know it’s Spring in the South, but it just added to the feeling of this being a corporately owned place that no one cares for.
