New to the rental market in a popular community, Cypress Point. Cypress Point is a small, new build neighborhood with an enviable location and tranquil community pool. Luxury cottage living in the heart of Kiawah, this home enjoys contemporary design, understated stucco exteriors, and a copper roof—all in warm colors that reflect Kiawah’s natural landscape.
Grand oaks and large pines create a neighborhood canopy, while a tranquility pool, bordered by a water feature and olive trees, offers a peaceful retreat in the center of the community.
Its central East Beach Village location means this cottage has easy access to the beach, championship golf and tennis, The Sanctuary hotel, dining, shopping, and more.
Indoors, tasteful design elements such as arched doorways, exposed beam ceilings, and handsome Ipe mahogany flooring lend a classic sophistication to the interiors.
Featuring checkerboard travertine tile, the lower level sitting room opens onto the covered patio, which is surrounded by a European-style walled garden and overlooks the 5th green and lagoon of the members-only River Course. Outdoor speakers, a grill, and refrigerator on this lower level add convenience for outdoor entertaining.
The main level enjoys an efficient, open floor plan that connects the living room, kitchen, dining and sunrooms with ample space to move about and relax. The sunroom adds an abundance of natural light with vibrant green golf vistas beyond while a cozy screened porch is perfect for after-dinner drinks or morning coffee. There is a desk and chair if you absolutely must work while at the home. The owners thoughtfully added a Peloton bike, use your own account or the guest account to continue your workout regimen while on vacation!
The bright, galley-style kitchen features a turned-leg center island with seating for four, white subway tile backsplash, granite countertops, and a farmhouse sink. The upscale suite of appliances includes a built-in, Sub-Zero® refrigerator with custom panels.
The master suite, located on the main floor, has a walk-in closet and bath with dual vanities and zero-entry shower. Three guest suites all located on the top floor each have a private, contemporary bath and ample closet space.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Guests do not have access to the Resort pools. No smoking and no pets allowed.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
