Luxury renovated and stocked villa close to tennis, beach, golf

Renovated in 2022 by new owners, Ebb & Flow is a luxurious 1 bedroom, one bathroom couple/girlfriend retreat that’s an end unit villa on the second floor in Tennis Club. The kitchen has been fully opened up to let the natural light to pour in and features an open living plan. Close to the Roy Barth Tennis Center, the Sanctuary and the beach, this villa has a Cali coastal vibe and is now furnished with all the things discerning travelers want at hand.

The open kitchen has been fully stocked for the cook - new Calphalon pans, knives, Keurig coffee maker, high powered blender and much more. The dining nook overlooking the tennis courts seats four and and the kitchen is opened up to the living room with bistro stool seating at the island. The large living room has a comfy sectional sofa, large screen TV and Bose sound
system. The bathroom features a large tiled walk in shower with seat and a vanity with storage. The large master bedroom with king bed features blackout shades for optimal vacation slumber and a TV for bed time viewing. The screened porch is set up to enjoy the sound of the waves and the evening ocean breeze with a spacious couch, armchair and outdoor TV.

No pets and no smoking. There is no sofabed or any additional bedding besides the king master bedroom.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of $200 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
