79 Bittern Court is a private 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Kiawah vacation home in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island. This luxury home boasts updated interiors, tranquil views of the Cougar Point Golf Course and lagoons from the screened porch and deck, an outdoor shower and easy access to the beach, only a 4 minute walk!
This spacious 2,493 sq ft golf course home is laid out over two levels. The first floor features the open plan living area with high vaulted ceilings, lots of windows with natural light, a TV, VCR and CD player, and plenty of space to gather and create lasting vacation memories with a screened porch, an open deck with a BBQ grill and a spacious dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a regular drip and Keurig coffee maker for the coffee lovers in your crew.
There is a laundry room and a master guest suite on the first floor and three additional bedrooms upstairs each with their own TV. One has a king size bed and a private bath, the second has a king bed and the other has a queen and a twin bed. These last two bedrooms share a hall bath.
West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with inviting Kiawah beach house rentals, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe. You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 10.
Please Note: This home rents weekly only. The use of the fireplace is prohibited.
Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.
Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
