The living area has beautiful shiplap accent wall, a comfortable couch, 2 chairs, large flat screen TV, and access to the back deck. Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the open back deck where you will find 2 lounge chairs, 2 upright chairs and a table. Enjoy the fresh air while watching wildlife in the lagoon or the golfers play on Turtle Point Golf Course's 18th tee box. The living room opens to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 4. The villa also has a great sunroom with a sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and access to the back deck. The upscale, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating for 2. It is the perfect place for prepping meals and has everything you'll need! The first bedroom showcases a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and has private access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and has a private master bathroom that offers a spacious vanity area and walk-in shower. This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. No smoking and no pets allowed. Please check with us if you wish to rent for more than 3 weeks.
