The completely renovated home features an abundance of natural light and soaring ceilings. Find everything you need for cooking meals in the open kitchen. The gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a wine cooler, marble countertops, and a large island. Enjoy a meal in the dining area which includes a table with seating for up to 10. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the flat-screen TV with streaming through Hulu. The spacious screened-in porch, which can be entered from the living room, is the perfect place to unwind and take in the marsh views.
The first-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, access to the screened-in porch, and a pristine ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds and also contains a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
No smoking, not pets, and no fireplace access is allowed (neither the inside or outside fireplace is not for guest use).

Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No smoking and no pets allowed.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
