「Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning.」

「Apastoli and his team were amazing. The attentiveness to every guest showed this was a real 5 star hotel. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Food was fresh and the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had in my years of travelling. I am already looking at staying again next year!」

「Had an amazing time. I came solo and felt safe the entire trip. Bar staff were very nice and drinks were 10/10」

「The best bart of the stay was the Staff, Gym needed to be paid, Chairs at the beach needed to be paid, Rooms wer outdated and super noisy, we had reserved 2 rooms and got 1 at the checking only the staff helped get us a second room and then we had to change the rooms 2 times, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!」

「Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).」

「The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. The apartment was great and clean. Only thing was the a/c had an odor when we turned it on. However we didn’t need it much because our unit stayed cool.」

「The hotel has a calm atmosphere that we appreciated. There are plenty of outdoor spaces and greenery, and it never felt overly busy. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were consistently pleasant.」
