「lovely hotel, great location, and wonderful staff」

「ホテルは施設もお部屋もとても綺麗で満足です。ただ部屋のバスタブを利用したのですが、寒い時期と言うこともあるのでしょうが、お湯の温度が低かったため、十分に体を温めることが出来ませんでした。それから一番の問題は、Hotels.comの予約では夕食付きとなっていましたが、ホテルの説明では朝食しか付いていないと言うことで夕食は提供されませんでした。各部屋毎に担当者が付くのですが、上記の件を予約表を見せて説明しましたが、ホテル内で確認したが付いていないとの一点張りで説明後、早々にどこかへ行ってしまいました。その後に彼女に再び会うことはありませんでした。因みに朝食のパンはバラエティ豊富でとても美味しかったしスタッフの方もとても親切でした。」
