The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk team—they were super helpful throughout my stay. "This was quite frustrating and unprofessional experience as u reached to hotel, the receptionist clearly said that they do not hold booking for online without any prior payment. Since it is swain time they will book through counter only or advance payment booking. I was forced to book hotel at higher rates of 6.5k on counter with compromised rooms availability. Seeing their attitude, it was looking fishy behaviour so I’d decided to go for other option.
