"We enjoyed this apartment so much that we wanted to stay longer. At least in November, the bedrooms (especially the back one) were very quiet, so we slept soundly. Yes, the living room, balcony, and "blue" bedroom really do have those beautiful views! And it was great being just a block from the bridge and seawalk, with all those restaurants. We also did a lot of walking downtown and throughout the city, as we didn't have a car. As an American, the shower took a bit of getting used to, but...

"Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”. "

"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "

There were some strong winds while we were there, but the home is well insulated, and has both heat and AC. The wifi worked great. The place was clean. The host was super friendly and helpful, with great communication (in English for our benefit). Check-in and check-out were easy. If we return to Chalkida, this would definitely be our top pick as a place to stay. "
