The Living Space

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, an island for extra prep room, and a duo coffee maker to satisfy everyone's morning routine. A dining area just off the kitchen provides the perfect spot for family meals or game nights. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the second with a queen plus a twin-over-full bunk bed and its own TV. The home also includes a full bathroom and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Bonus: You will have access to the locked ski locker to store your gear during your stay!

From skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, biking, and paddleboarding in the summer, you'll be in the heart of it all.

Items to Note
- The shared heated pool and hot tub are located just up the road, best way to get access is with car. Pool passes are inside the home
​​​​​​​- No pets allowed at any time inside the rental
- A starter pack of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) is provided. Please note that guests are responsible for replenishing supplies if they need more past the starter pack.
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
- The electric grill seen in photos is NOT available and has been removed from home
