The property was great and as advertised.
However the management company who operates the property takes guest services very casually. Self realizing that entry instructions had not been received, I initiated a call to the provided property contact, the managment company, to discuss. They assured me that I should have received and email from them containing entry instructions -I agreed, I should have; however I hadn’t and was the reason for my call. They assured me they would send them out again right away (no emailed instructions were ever received, my email functionality was confirmed however because the bill was received). Having a gut instinct that their organization was loosely ran I asked for and jotted down long hand instructions to retrieve the condo keys. Arriving after a long flight at 3 am, it was discovered that the keys were not where I was promised they’d be, no email was received providing alternate instructions, and the company help line went unanswered for the first 45 min of waiting in the cold attempting to make contact. Once a company representative was reached, her attitude was short and semi annoyed -I could understand, waiting around for promised keys at 3:45am at night in the mountains of Colorado in January has nearly the same effect. After waiting twice as long as told to expect to wait, an employee turned up and went directly inside without so much as an acknowledgment as I stood in the snow.
I stoped into the office the next day to discuss an acknowledgment on the bill over the foiled start to the trip, was promised a manager would get back to me, two weeks later I a guess I’m glad I did t hold my breath.
