We booked this property to be near family in another unit in the same property. I'm not giving this unit a 5 star rating because of a couple of things. Getting to the unit from the parking lot was not the easiest. There is no loading/unloading zone in front of the building, so after parking and winding through the parking lot you go down a slippery slope to go down stairs to go up stairs to enter the building. Once you are in the building you have to go up to the 3rd floor to reach the unit. In all fairness, the post did state stairs, but this was a bit more than I was expecting. Next, we had no hot water for the first night. The unit is VERY dated. The listing said it had been updated in 2018. I'm not sure what had been updated besides maybe the big appliances. The rest of the unit is 80's, broken and old furniture, dark lighting, old bathrooms. Coffee pot needs to be thrown in the trash. Fireplace... no wood. End of story, we overpaid to be near family.
Good things... pool and hot tub area was great (bring your own towels), bus stop to the mountain is right in the parking lot! Communication with the management team was excellent.
