Only 50 yards to the Keystone Shuttle with a two minute ride to the Gondola walkway and also to the River Run Village entrance. Or walk a block and take the new ski trail down to the base! Access to a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub in the Keystone Village!! Condo backs up to the bike trail that takes you into Keystone Village and also connects to Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge trail! Nice quiet Alders Neighborhood. STR21-01482. Max occupancy = 10. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.

What a lovely stay. We had two families with kids and we were so comfortable and well taken care of. It was extremely cozy, plenty of towels and amenities, close to the shuttle/RiverRun, and absolutely spotless. Greg is also such a responsive and patient host. Thank you for making it such memorable weekend for us!

Over delivers!

This place is so much roomier than the pictures suggest. The downstairs living room was the perfect kids hangout and the open kitchen and dining accommodated our large group of nine (4 adults, 5 kids). The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was great! The owner was so quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood was so quiet and the view from the balcony was 10/10!! Would not hesitate to come back!

Very Nice Property

The home is well taken care of. It had everything you needed to cook anything. 10-15 walk from the Village. Plenty of room to sleep and I loved hanging out on the porch. Very nice place and would definitely come back. Owner was very responsive and very nice.

Despite the unusually "weird" weather for June, we had a relaxing (short) vacation in Keystone. We enjoyed this property so much last year... we came back. There is nothing to dislike about this property. Greg is a great host, and always quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely be back!

Great Keystone vacation spot!

Everything was excellent, and the property was very nice! The only thing I would caution renters about is the altitude you are sleeping at is above the resort base, so it takes longer to acclimate. We rented oxygen machines which helped a lot. Just a heads up if you have any altitude problems. Property was awesome though, Thank you!

Summer Vacation

We had a great time at this property, and the host (Greg) was very responsive during our stay. Everything was "as advertised" and was one of the better equipped and comfortable VRBO destinations we've stayed in - kitchen was well equipped, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. We will definitely go back!

Excellent stay

The property and location was perfect. There were 2 families in our group and we had plenty of space to relax. It was very clean inside and had amazing views of the mountains. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

Better than expected

This condo was amazing. Fully stocked with everything you might need and very spacious and clean. The sunset views from the patio were breathtaking. Greg was responsive and easy to work with. I would love to stay here again.

The comforts of home in a clean and spacious retreat

Just a short drive, bike ride, or walk from Keystone’s River Run village, this new townhome offers a quiet, generously-sized, relaxing retreat from resort crowds. It feels more like home than the ubiquitous condo options nearby. The owners took no shortcuts when equipping this townhome with good-quality furniture, comfortable bedding, a kitchen full of extras, and a huge HDTV in the basement which our teens loved — especially since it was near a bedroom with bunk beds. The third shower in the hallway bath was a welcome option for our large group. The adults enjoyed coffee and wine on the small deck with valley views overlooking other homes and many beautiful evergreens. Everyone in our group was happy with this place. If cleanliness, comfort, extra elbow room, and a home-like feel are high on your list, it'd be hard to top this one. We didn't need to contact the owner during our stay, but he made himself available via text -- which was reassuring. Highly recommended.
