Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from both Lakeside Village and the Keystone Conference Center, and a quick 5-minute drive to River Run Village, this condo is a year-round base for adventure—whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or mountain biking during the summer.

    The main level is an open, welcoming space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and a dining area that comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests. The cozy living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day outdoors, and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Step outside onto the private balcony, equipped with outdoor seating, to enjoy breathtaking mountain views while you relax in the fresh alpine air. Lots of room for ppl in and out. Loved the floor plan for our group. Close to bus, pool and laundry Come prepared to walk stairs for unload and loading. Property Management reactive to need

Everything was great , cozy place . Will definitely recommend. Two small things I didn't liked , one was the extra charge for a playpen ( 10 a day ) , most places I've been before . They have it for free. And the fact that they onky have a very limited amount of garbage bags ( I think they were only 2 including the one in the bin ) for a 7 person group. And the toilet paper was also very limited. But that's not a deal breaker. Everything else was nice , location , setup and layout of the house .

Great condo, great location. Terrible property management

Very unresponsive property management. I had to chat via vrbo multiple times, they didn't respond until the day I was going to arrive after I called and left a voicemail at the property management (they never returned my call and said I should have texted when they responded). I had multiple questions unanswered and they were not friendly. The internet didn't work and I didn't even try to text at that point - I highly doubt they would have cared and it wasn't worth the time. Condo is lovely, I recommend you stay for at least 2 nights to make it worth it (and hope that you don't need anything from Summit County Mountain Retreat management).
