"The hotel was not able to accommodate the volume of people that were in for a dance competition. The elevators stopped working and one evening even had an issue with an elevator fall several floors with two families inside. At one point the elevator and shaft were exposed creating a scary situation. The restaurant only offered a buffet option which was cold hamburgers, over cooked chicken tenders and French fries. You also had an option of salad or a pasta salad. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. The rooms were stuffy and warm. The Starbucks quick counter could not keep up with the volume of people. I felt terrible for the baristas. We ended up door dashing food all weekend just to be able to have decent meals. Overall we chose to stay there as the dance comp was on site but I would not stay at this hotel again. "

"Great, clean location. The shuttle was unfortunately full so we ended up having to Uber over (instead of having to wait another 30 min). The breakfast that was included was really good. Small but great, convenient options."

"Excellent stay! The restaurant was amazing and the bartender, Poco, is very talented and a great person. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. The room was very clean and well maintained. The gym is great, and they also have a nice workspace. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was close to the airport and I needed to be in NJ briefly. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The lobby is beautiful—clean, modern, and exactly what you see in the photos. That’s actually what led me to book the hotel. However, the rooms are a completely different story. When we checked in, I specifically asked if there were more updated rooms, since I assumed the hotel might have renovated sections. The front desk staff member was very kind and helpful, but the first room we were given was in really poor condition—chipped paint everywhere, a bad smell in the bathroom, and visible mold in the vent. It felt neglected and far from clean. We asked to switch rooms and were told the only options were the 10th floor or the 1st floor. Since the 10th floor looked just as worn down, we chose the 1st floor. The staff member did warn us it might be noisy due to the pool and said the pool closed at 8 PM, which seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the noise was not from the pool. There was constant yelling, screaming, and doors slamming throughout the night. It felt chaotic and made it very difficult to relax or sleep. The second room was still in rough shape—more chipped paint, run-down finishes, and the towels were dry and rough. "Breakfast selection was superb, every day was a little different to make each day feel special. The GM made smoothies for everyone one morning too. Staff were all so kind and helpful, I needed scissors to fix something on a shirt one morning and they had some I could borrow. The staff who manage the breakfast area was on top of keeping everything stocked and cleaning the area multiple times throughout breakfast as well. Location is great, about a 7 minute walk from a subway station and a 3 minute walk from a bus station. Lots of local eateries within 15 minute walk to check out."
