We had such a delightful time staying here! While the space is small, it was absolutely perfect for two people. Everything was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our time in Key West and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway in Key West

Our stay here was amazing! It had everything we needed and was comfortable. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The location was perfect! A hidden gem and couldn’t recommend it more!

Pleasant stay

Overall stay was good with no complaints. Restroom is small but manageable for what needs to be done. Location is within 15 minutes of Duval St if walking.

Great for stay in Key West

A lovely, typical property located in Old Town area of Key West. Very comfortable stay, quiet ensuring good sleep. Great location and I did everything either by walking or on the bicycle I hired. Excellent communication with host who replied within a couple of hours if not sooner!!

Good location and reasonable price

The good: convenient location, quiet, bed was comfortable, the little patio in the back is nice. The bad: there is no “on site’ parking but we always found parking on the street about a block away, The communication with property manager was a bit strange, she accused us of still being inside the unit a full day after we had check out on time, despite texting her to tell her we had left (an hour before check out)

Perfect for a key west getaway

Loved the location! We parked our car outside and didn't use it at all until we left. Duval Street, the beach, and cafes are all in walking distance and the neighborhood is so cute. You can also walk to a golf cart/scooter rental shop to get around the island. We also loved the privacy of the unit. Would absolutely stay here again, such great value!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. The room is comfortable, very quiet, and in a great location. It is very close to some great dining, a couple of convenience stores and other interesting shops, but still has a neighborhood feel. We enjoyed the feeling of privacy, while still being within minutes of anything and everything the island has to offer. Marilyn was very responsive, great host! 5/5

Couple Spot

This spot is a good spot for a couple looking for a place that’s quiet but close. The place has everything you need for a stay with a full size stove and fridge, comfortable bed and roomy enough considering you’re out way more than you’d be in. There’s WiFi, AC if hot, a private outside patio area , beach chairs available, and the basic needs to prepare food if you don’t want to go out. It’s close enough to walk to Duval St or the beach. The owner is easy to work with and very communicative. She’s super nice and wants her guests to enjoy her home.

nice neighborhood, quiet, grocery store close. Nice bike ride to Duva Street plenty of bike racks.

Nice place to stay. But if you do not like to walk or ride a bike it would not be good for you. Taxi both ways would cost a lot everyday. We rented bikes and road up to Duval and road to FT. Zackery State park and all over the island so it worked out nice for us.

OK, place and convenient to old town

The apartment was nice, but we did not have any dish towels to do the dishes. I would recommend a bicycle because it can be a hike to get to DuVall. Good place for the price. It is in need of updating but is an older property.

Meets the basic needs

Good location, walkable to most places or a short bike ride or Uber. The property meets the basic needs of a bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. It’s a landing spot in between outings but there is no charm to this space and the bathroom is tiny and sinking. It’s dark with no views. It is super close to a little grocery store. It’s fine if you are going to be out and about most of your time but not a space you want to spend large portions of time relaxing.

Great VRBO with a gracious host!

What a great location! The apartment is close to the heart of Key West and the majority of attractions on the island, so we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. We had a variety of restaurants, grocers, and shops to choose from, and when we were exhausted, it didn't take long to walk back. While the apartment is small, it's perfect for those wishing to not be surrounded by hoards of tourists. Calm, comfortable, and secluded. The back patio was a nice area to enjoy without distractions or excessive noise. Just a note: the bathroom is a tight squeeze, so if you need room to shave or style hair, it can be difficult if one is not flexible. The owner was easily reachable by text or call, and was very responsive if an issue arose. Overall, the VRBO was comfortable to stay at and suited all of our needs for our week-long stay. 😊

Good, quick response to a needed repair.

The owner reported the need for a repair of overhead light/fan the day before our arrival and said that it would have to wait until after we left three days later. I responded that we were not at all happy about this and would appreciate it if she could have the work done before our 4 pm check-in time. We were quite pleased to see that she did indeed have the work done before our arrival. Excellent communications and follow-through in my view! Inside the unit we saw other small things needing repairs. The refrigerator handle fell off because the screws were loose and a floor lamp had a broken plug. Intending to fix these myself, I went to a hardware store and purchased some screws and a plug, but I never got around to it as I got sick and had to be hospitalized on our last day. Overall, we felt that the rental was a good, quality value and was described by the owner correctly.

Perfect Ket West apartment

My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect! It is on a quiet street in a residential area but only a short walk to Duval St and all the tourist locations. This was our first trip to Key West and we were on a budget. The apartment is fairly small, but bigger than an average hotel room and more than met our needs. When you walk in, there is a small but fully functional kitchen to your right with a nice array of plates/utensils/pots. To the left is a small dining area. Straight ahead is a combined living room/bedroom. The bed is tucked into a little alcove between walls so you have to crawl into it from the foot of the bed but we found it to be very comfortable. There is a futon and small TV but we did not use this much. The bathroom/shower is small but fine (might be a squeeze if you are of larger size but I’d equate it with an RV type bathroom). The WiFi is good. The outdoor area is not very scenic but still nice to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee. The surroundings and other units of the house were quiet through our stay. We only took an Uber once the first night (about $10 to Duval) but when we saw how close we were we walked everywhere the rest of our trip. Our walk to Southernmost point one morning took us maybe about a half hour. Good communication with host before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed the property. It was intimate and cozy and perfect for just the two of us. Shower is a bit tight but it served its purpose. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for me and my boyfriend! It was in a great area very convenient and parking was pretty easy to find nearby, the new updates were super nice and everything was really clean! Host was really nice and understanding, would definitely stay here again!

Key West vacay

We really enjoyed our stay..the little guest house was cute and exactly what it advertised. The bed could have been a little softer and a little more cleaning in the unit wouldnt hurt either..the only other thing, is there was not enough bike parking. Overall everything was good, location, noise, food etc.
