Nestled in a peaceful gated community, this two-level townhome is located right on a golf course of the Key West Golf Club, only a few miles from those pristine Key West beaches. Your group will have multiple private outdoor areas to choose from, depending on everyone's style and mood. Slow down and sip your sweet tea on one of the covered front porch's rocking chairs, enjoy the comfort of the shade and ceiling fan from the wrap-around screened-in porch, or dine al-fresco on the garden patio overlooking the golf course and surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Improve upon happy hours and mealtimes with lake and fairway views. And if you want to make a splash right at home, you can head on over to the shared outdoor pool. The newly updated home is teeming with fine touches like elegant furniture, modern finishes, stylish light fixtures, and two glass-enclosed rain showers, plus quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen. The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

Tipsy Mermaid is located just across the street from one of two beautiful resort-style community pools at the Key West Golf Club, with an exercise facility available in the nearby clubhouse. Key West Golf Club offers a convenient location close to all the area's best attractions from within a quiet gated community. Enjoy a leisurely bike ride into Old Town or to a sunny beach then come back to cool off in one of the Key West Golf Club's two pools. You'll also find walking paths, ideal for long dog walks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • #TroveOn A couple miles north of Key West, on the right is Boca Chica Rd, follow that road as far as you can and you'll get to the beach at Geiger Key. The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

Tipsy mermaid

The place was nice but Vacasa the property management did not communicate with the HOA that we were arriving so I had to go to their office and explain at first they were not going to let us on site. They explained that it happened to the guests before us. plus no instructions on how to operate TVs and smart home cold shower's batteries in the smoke detector went out and the thermastate. Not very professional.
