    Welcome to Pagitt House, a beautifully restored historic home originally built in 1933 and completely renovated in 2025. Located on charming Elizabeth Street, you're just steps away from the Key West Historic Seaport, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many of Key West's most popular attractions.

    As you enter through the classic white picket fence and make your way up to the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious, covered front porch—the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee, unwind in the afternoon shade, or enjoy some of the best people-watching in Key West.

    Inside, this spacious 2,100-square-foot home blends historic character with modern luxury. With four bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and an expansive private pool area, Pagitt House is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy their own private island retreat.

    PARKING:
    Please note that the home includes one assigned parking space, located in the alley behind the property. This space accommodates only a compact car or a single golf cart.
    SUVs, trucks, and larger vehicles will not fit.
    Additional parking is unassigned street parking, which can be limited.
    Metered parking in the area can be expensive.
    Because parking is limited in this part of Old Town, we generally do not recommend bringing a vehicle. Most guests find it easy to explore Key West on foot, by bicycle, golf cart, or rideshare.

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect. Decorated nicely, it was nice and cool when we arrived. It was walking distance to most places and just 2 blocks from Duval St. When we were not out, we enjoyed the patio area and the pool in the back. Great place to stay!

Friend’s getaway

Our group really enjoyed our stay at The Pagitt House. We had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the patio and pool. All the essentials were provided, which made the stay even better. I would recommend staying here if you like a nice place in a central location.

Great location and house!

We had a great time at Pagitt House. The location is central to everything you’d want to do in Key West. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with whatever you might need.

Great location and property

Enjoyed the home very much. Close to Duval and pier. Nicer inside than expected. Great pool. Only minor complaint is the poolside lounge chairs are in desperate need of replacement.

Absolutely Fantastic! Place was amazing and the pool was perfect. The house is located in close walking distance to pretty much everything you want to do in Key West. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a great time. Can't wait to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you are headed to Key West.

Reunion

Brought my kids back to KW after 27 years. They were born there and we moved when they were 3-6. The location of the property was perfect if you wanted to walk or ride bikes. Lovely pool and comfortable beds with great gathering rooms. I would stay here again on a return visit.

Key West Christmas Crew!!!

Communication with host was amazing! (Got back to me usually in less than an hour.) House was clean and in a great location for walking to all things!! Provided all the kitchen essentials, beach towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The house was prime location to walk around town and on a cute street with lots of Key West vibes. We got street parking right in front (which I think was luck!) and convent - although you don’t even need a car. The house was spacious and clean. The back yard was a little oasis that the kids love to jump in the pool after exploring around town. Would recommend!

Friends Road Trip

We had some issues when we first arrived but the property manager was on it immediately making everything right.The house is roomy and comfortable.The cushions on the pool lounge chairs were torn and pretty beat up. They were flipped over for our stay but really need to be replaced.

Location was EXCELLENT for walking from the pier (KeyWest Express) and Duval street!A few suggestions..in no particular order... that would make the stay even better. House was advertised for 6 people and we had 6 people. 1) Only 2 bathroom wash clothes for 6 people. 2) Only 7 hangers in the house to hang everything. 3) Only 4 coffee mugs for 6 coffee drinkers. 4) Each bed should have an end table on either side of the bed. 5) No sign in book. 6) The twin bed box spring and mattress nearest the door, per other reviews, should be replaced...sunken in the middle and WAY too soft. 7) The 4 pool lounge chairs are not as advertised and the cushions are badly ripped and unsightly. Pool was clean, warm (85 degrees) and well maintained. Would give the pool area a 10/10 if cushions were replaced. A very nice area to entertain!We enjoyed our stay and would book this home again.

The accommodations were amazing! Everything was so clean and new. The house fit all of our needs for a family of 6. The pool was a perfect addition and the outside seating space was great. The property was even better than we could have expected or hoped for. And the owner was super responsive to any questions we had for him. It is newly renovated, very clean and absolutely beautiful. It is centrally located, easy access to everything we wanted to do. Easy walking. The home had a fabulous pool and large deck so that after a day of being out and about, we could come back 'home' and jump in the pool and relax. We grilled out one evening too. The showers were nothing less than amazing. Cannot rave about this home/VRBO enough. It is a gem!

This home is absolutely beautiful! All the attention to detail in every room- from decor and design to fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms. This house is a TRUE gem! The location is amazing. We had ages 12-80 staying there and everyone found something they loved about it. It was clean and the appointments were lovely. It was recently renovated and all the details were thought through. The pool and outdoor space was great. The owner is super responsive and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us.
