House was small and adequate for the two of us. I thought the bed mattress was too soft and could be replaced. I could have used a dish pan. Water was hot and lights really good in bathroom. Pillows were too hard for me, would have liked option for soft pillow. The place was quite clean.

We had an awesome stay! The home has such charm and character; loved sitting on the front porch, people watching. We found on street parking close by and didn’t move car for our 3 days stay because we walked or biked everywhere. It is a quick mile walk to Duval street and enjoyed taking different routes to see the sights. It was easy to communicate with host, received all info timely, would stay again next time in Key West!

The host was very nice. Loved the big walk-in shower and front porch. A great place to get away from the hustle. In the neighborhood. The planes coming from above were loud, but didn’t bother our sleep with window A/C. Old and dated, but clean. We had to walk a while and are older so we stopped along the way.

We loved this sweet cozy homebase for our 10 day stay in Key West. The laundry is just around the corner, and a grocery store the next corner. We loved the feel of staying in Old Town. The house is clean and tidy, and was well supplied. The hostess is attentive and communicative. Great experience!!

Our second time, staying in this little house. Nice neighborhood, within a mile walk to our snorkeling excursions and Duval street for dinner. Owners are quick to respond to our questions. Easy check in and check out processes. Will stay here again the next time we are in key west.

The location is very convenient and parking was easy, which made getting around simple. The house is basic, with older furniture and appliances. The sofa in the living room could use repair, and it would have been nice to have essentials like shampoo provided.The main challenge we experienced was with check-in, as we didn’t receive the instructions beforehand and had to spend some time reaching the host to get access. Once inside, the stay was fine, but smoother communication and a few updates to the home would make the experience much better.

We really enjoyed our stay once again. We’ve started here many times and there’s far too many positives to list here. A few highlights at the great property owner, the location, easy to get to and from, comfortable bed, large shower area, and amenities anyone needs for a stay. The neighborhood is quiet and many options nearby like laundry needs and a great cup of Cuban coffee and sandwich while you wait. This place has all you need with a full kitchen, futon couch if needed, and starter supplies for the kitchen or bath and all this without the ridiculous pricing some owners charge for less of a place. Everything you want to do in Key West is outdoors so all you need is comfortable and usable space to stay and refresh.

Simple check in, clean, quiet, and cozy. Comfy beds and fluffy towels. Within walking or biking distance of just about everything. Loved having my morning coffee on the front porch.

Okay, but not really that good

This is a fine low budget place to stay, especially if you intend to spend no time at the house lots of things were just not quite right here Simple things like the oven doesn’t work or the patio furniture is broke or no batteries in the any clocks in the house or the fact that just about every thing with an electric cord was unplugged,or no Kleenex or holes in the shower curtain, strong musty smell that we couldn’t get rid of and silly us, we thought there would actually be soap in the house, but there wasn’t we had to go buy our own.

Good place to relax

We decided to take a week off in Key West. Marilyn was extremely accomadating as our dates changed. We had a slight communication glich as emails didnt get read. Once we connected, it was great. The house was just right for 2 people. It was a quiet neighborhood, so we got a lot of sleep! We could have walked to most activites, however im waiting for knee replacement surgery, so we drove downtown and to all sights.
