We had a very nice, comfortable stay at the Curry Mansion Inn. Neat, old property that is perfectly situated to take advantage of everything KW has to offer.
Loved the charm of this old Victorian Mansion. Felt like we had stepped back in time. Rocking and relaxing on the wrap around porch was wonderful. We were just steps away from all the activity of Duval Street and its many restaurants, bars and shops and attractions.
All online contact only with property manager, room was very clean, great high end drinks available to purchase at night if you want to just relax on the porch, a little loud on the morning with property maintenance there at 8am but overall a nice experience
We had the most AMAZING experience at The Curry Mansion!!! It is the most beautiful place!! The room was amazing and all the amenities were perfect!! The location was also perfect as we could just walk around the corner to experience Duvall St. When we stayed there we felt like it was our grand place because of the access we were given!! We absolutely loved it!!
This place was great for the location and cleanliness of the property. The room wasn't the pic I saw when booking, but it was fine. No hot water was annoying but it was luke warm enough to manage. The immediate response when arriving and cpouldn't get in was impressive. All in all, we loved it there. Happy hour at George's on the property was very nice.
This property was great for my spouse and I to bring our dog to Key West. Everything was clean and easy but the biggest problem was the front door to the mansion was never closed or locked which concerned us when we could hear people trying to get in at all hours of the morning.
Overall great!
Host contacted us with check in details 3 days before our booking. The house is spectacular and our room was amazing. Was worried when I read the negative reviews but our stay was great. I enjoyed the contactless check-in - it was very easy. Brought earplugs expecting noise at night but they weren't necessary. Heartily recommend this.Food purchased at George's was very good. All in all it was one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Very historic

Beautiful mansion convenient to Center
After being assigned to the wrong room the staff corrected the problem which we appreciated. The house is beautiful but needs upgrading in electrical and plumbing (no hot water). I was surprised that there was no available coffee in the morning without having to wait until 8 and pay for it. I would love to stay again if it was slightly renovated.
Beautiful Building, Great Location, AC Needs Upgrade
Beautiful historic building and the location is great for proximity to downtown. It was April when we stayed and it was HOT. Because this is a historic building and we were on the second floor, we were very warm. Unfortunately the air conditioner just couldn't keep up the room cool enough.
I booked a trip to Key West as a Christmas present for my wife. We stayed at the Curry mansion 2/16-2/19. We love old homes & the Curry fits the bill. It's an amazing old house that is, overall, in pretty nice shape. The downstairs is pretty much for sightseeing only & there are many interesting pictures, furniture, etc. in these 3-4 rooms. The guest rooms are upstairs & we had 208 just at the top of the stairs. Obviously, the house didn't originally have a bathroom/sink in each room but they do now & managed not to disturb too much of the original architecture. Satellite TV & a refrigerator along with a comfortable king size bed made the room very comfortable. All locks on the house, the front door & each guest room have combination locks. We were texted with the combinations before we arrived. During our stay, we didn't see much of the staff but they were available via text. We didn't spend any time at the pool but it looked like a relaxing area. They set up a bar in the evenings which was convenient & the huge veranda is stocked full of rocking chairs to enjoy the view. The place sits about 50 yards off Duval Street which is convenient but may be too close. At night, you can easily hear the music coming from the bars. We didn't mind it but some might. We also could hear people each night returning to their rooms after being overserved. Again, not a big deal but may not be for everyone. We had an awesome visit to Key West and enjoyed our stay at the Curry.
We were literary feet away from Duval Street and all the bars, restaurants, shopping. Great spot staying at the Curry Inn. Parking is a nuisance but we will definitely be back again!
Filthy carpet going upstairs. Floors unswept on entire first floor. Very thin walls. Kids crying and yelling from room's by pool and outside of pool could be heard loudly later night and very early morning. Ridiculous continental breakfast. Fruit cups for kids lunches, little plastic cereal bowls and the picture of milk was empty,so no cereal. A joke for 500.00 a night!

Room wasn’t as pictured or represented
Great location and walkable to most places which was why I booked.
Was shown a light blue spacious deluxe king room so I thought it would be ok.
The room and bath had an unpleasant odor when we checked in. It was supposed to open to the pool or a balcony but had neither access. No fresh air was available. We were up two flights of steps with no elevator available. The room was covered in dark wood with broken shutters that would not close to keep out the light from security lights at night. The music blasted from a next door bar until after 2 in the morning.
I was very disappointed in this booking.
There was an ice bucket in the room but no ice could be found on the property. There was an ice maker outside I pool area but it was not hooked up or working. We left a message about needing ice but never got a call back so no response. Two days later a housekeeper showed us an ice maker located in back of property across the street.
I felt like we were stuck and left alone to make due the best we could.

Management team was very unprofessional. After parking in a designated guest parking area, literally directly in-front of a “guest parking” sign the property manager had my vehicle towed. They stated the area was roped off with caution tape, which it was not at the time I parked there. I am not an idiot I wouldn’t move caution tape, park, and put the tape back around the area I just parked in, which is what the property manager claimed. They even tried lying directly to my face saying they had video, which I pleaded with them to please show me and they refused. Basically somebody didn’t do their job and roped off the area after cars were parked there and wouldn’t take responsibility.
When I first found out my car was towed, the property manager said don’t worry go enjoy the night and they would take care of it. When I tried to follow up that night I couldn’t get a single person on the phone, the next morning it took hours to get anybody to speak to and when I finally did they basically said sorry that sucks but there’s nothing we can do. $600 later to get my car back and no help from management and no offer to help compensate. Worst property management team I’ve ever encountered and I would never stay at one of their properties again.
