Great location near all the main attractions. We had a car with us, but chose to walk everywhere to avoid parking hassle. All major attractions were within a 20 minute or less walk from the hotel. My only complaint was that the room was small. Getting in and out of the bathroom could be a struggle for a big person

We really enjoyed our stay at the Caribbean house. The room was clean and cool and everything we needed. It was super convenient to walk in all over downtown Key West. We especially loved the breakfast delivered up to us on the upper level deck :-) we will definitely stay here again.

This was a horrible stay for me. First of all the description said, parking would be available down the street and no problem. Well this isn‘t true. The truth is: be prepared to search desperatetly for a parking lot for minimum 1 hour. When we arrived we were told that parking lots at the house could have been booked for 25$ but now no ones are available anymore… so nice to know, but this information is needed BEFORE arriving… The second problem was much worse: the walls are thinner than paper. You can here EVERYTHING from the other rooms, even from rooms from the other side. Our neighbours were beautiful (NOT). They were talking so loud until 4am. Others were watching TV on a massive soundlevel. I could not get ANY sleep. And for all of that I paid way more than $200. This is a f-ing joke.

I can't even begin to say how much we loved our stay at Caribbean House! Yes, the rooms are small, but they are well-appointed with mini fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, etc. The bed was lifted to store luggage under it. The staff was amazing! I had to go to a bridal shower, and I was panicked because my phone wouldn't connect to the Uber app. The sweet gal in the office helped me get connected to a local taxi service, who was also wonderful. The breakfast menu looked great, but we went out both mornings, though we did enjoy a couple mimosas. It was also much appreciated that we were able to store our luggage before and after we checked out. 100% recommend this place!

Staff is very nice. There are zero amenities. Rooms are so very small. The bathroom on our boat is bigger than the bathroom in the rooms. Only a little more than 100 square feet for the room. The provided “brunch” is call down and ask the front desk to make you a hard boiled egg or toast/bagel. The location is great for quick access to Duval, some museums, and water excursions. Zero elevator so if on second floor be prepared to carry all luggage up steep stairs.

Every thing about this place is extremely nice! Don’t expect a big fancy room but it’s really clean and cute! The staff Cannot be more accommodating! They all go above and beyond for every need. Even provide a hand delivered breakfast-cute little area to hang out-an “honor system” fridge full of drinks - just a few vocal roosters crowing before daylight 😊

Upon arrival, our first thought was that the room was way too small!! However, we couldn't get over how clean the room looked and how fresh it smelled. We arrived after office hours and was a little lost at first, but the very very friendly guests that were visited from New York, helped us out a ton. They were some of the nicest people we met on our vacation and they seemed to even fit in with the property. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the room served its purpose. Quaint and elegant are the first words that come to mind. I do hope to return some day. The room and everyone about it was amazing!! Not to mention we were steps from Duval Street.

Rooms are small and dirty. 1/4.inch of dust on the headboard. Lamps and the fans I don't even wanna talk about it. Can't sit on the toilet with the door open or wash your feet in the shower.

Room was very small, but thats not a huge deal b/c we werent in our room much anyways BUT- the bed was horrible!! Sunk in on both sides. Rules say “ quiet time” at 10 pm- thats a joke b/c no one comes home from the bars at that time.- woke up several times w/drunken loud ppl, slamming doors, banging on doors, you can hear EVERYTHING! On a positive note- its close to duval st, several attractions, & even a few restaurants. You can walk to soo much- its alit of walking, but doable. They do have bikes you can rent for the day as well. Did i survive staying there- yes, im not one that needs the best of the best at all, but would not stay there again.

Wonderful location and easy walking access to Duval, museums and points of interest. Assigned on-site parking at the property was a huge “plus” when arriving by car. Street parking is extremely limited and open spots very hard to find in Key West. Main floor room was very small with about 3 ft walk around bed. (cozy at they put it). That said, you really shouldn’t be staying in the room for other than sleep. Lol. Staff were great! Room was clean.

We had an excellent time! Staff was friendly and helpful. The tips on local weather really helped us out. We were able to entertain some local friends for an hour between events because of the extra seating on the porches. It was perfect!

We arrived in town after midnight for 3 nights. I booked this location based on walkability to the amphitheater, price and overall ratings. It was good for our needs on this trip. The room is tiniest one I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled a lot. The bathroom door can’t open without hitting the nightstand and the shower was too small for my husband to even turn around in. I’m 5’4” and sat on the toilet the shave my legs in the shower. But size isn’t everything. It was clean. It was safe. The staff was very kind. There is breakfast although we didn’t go because we wanted to hit up some of our favorites while we were there. For a weekend trip with someone you really like (the bathroom door isn’t solid so you will share everything!) it’s a good deal. Lots of dining options in the area. We would do it again if we needed to.
