CASA AVILA is located a few blocks from the Historic Seaport and only a couple blocks from World-Famous Duval Street. Situated on a popular two-lane street, this private home is a short stroll from everything Old Town has to offer. Whether you’re looking to spend the day on Duval Street or watch the boats come and go at the seaport, you’ll be there in a few minutes. This home does not include off-street parking.
THE KITCHEN & LIVING AREA…
The living area is plucked straight from the early twentieth century; from the beautiful Dade County pine walls to the French doors that fill the space with natural light. This living area features comfortable seating for visiting and creating new memories. There is a large flat-screen TV to gather around for the big game or to binge-watch your favorite show.
