- This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. Guests may encounter insects and local wildlife common to the Key West area.
- Key West is an active resort community, and nearby construction or road work may occur without notice. AvantStay is not liable for inconveniences caused by nearby construction.
- Please note that maximum occupancy includes infants.
- Documentation may be required for ESA/service animals.
- Please note that the garage door sensor is currently out of order. To avoid access issues during your stay, the garage door must remain open and should not be closed.
