Two floating docks are especially popular with kids who enjoy jumping in and swimming in the safe, contained waters. Guests can also kayak and paddleboard directly in the lagoon, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure.

Coral reefs are located offshore and require a boat or charter to access.



The Florida Keys are not known for sandy beaches; however, the community offers a sandy beach area with direct water access for kayaking and paddleboarding.



If the included golf cart becomes unusable due to mechanical issues outside our control, a refund of $25 per day will be issued for each day it is unavailable.
