Tropical Paradise! This bayside townhome was completely renovated and redecorated ; granite kitchen countertops, all new appliances, remodeled tile bathrooms and floors. Enjoy the outdoor lanai near poolside - or walk down the dock to admire the magnificent sunsets. Amenities include:

Master bedroom has new king bed, cable tv and view of the bay and pool area
Guest bedroom has 2 new twin beds with cable tv and a screened in porch area

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at Moon Bay! The townhouse had all of the conveniences we needed. We loved sitting on the lanai and appreciated the easy access to the pool. Other residents were very friendly! Gorgeous sunsets on the property’s boat docks. We were in close proximity to great restaurants.

The condo and amenities were very nice. Location is good unless you want to take trips to the other end of the Keys. It's a 2 hour drive to Key West.

Nice accommodations

Been vacationing at Moon Bay for past 4 yrs with friends (they rent other units). We and our friends agreed, This was the cleanest unit thus far. Unit is well kept - kitchen was orderly, sufficient dishes, cutlery, utensils, and cookware. Cabinets not cluttered with hodgepodge leftovers from others renters stuff. Linens were clean as well as appliances. Appears Owners take care of this unit.

Thankfull for Townhouse

We love coming to Moon Bay and this stay was a windy one. But we had great accommodations to make it another enjoyable one. Clean amenities, cold ac and nice neighbors are always a requirement. Beds were comfortable, grilling area is nice and clubhouse is very updated!!

Peaceful clean well kept property with wonderful neighbors

We really enjoyed our ten days here at moon bay. The property was clean and in excellent repair. The amenities were wonderful - from the pool to the fishing dock to the little swim beach. The best part was that all the people we spoke to were ridiculously nice. A neighbor loaned our kids some pool toys, another gave them some sea biscuits, and a third had the kids pose with some beautiful fish that he had caught. We were given bait, tips on fishing, and friendly smiles. I sent upper keys rentals a couple messages during our stay and they were all answered quickly and thoroughly. The house provided everything we needed and wasn’t cluttered or crowded with other stuff. If you’re staying on key largo, you won’t go wrong with moon bay and upper keys rentals.

Nice getaway in the Keys

Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the townhouse. Check-in was easy. The property is spacious and beautiful, our kids enjoyed the pool. The townhouse is clean and well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry. The three sleeping areas were in separate areas of the house, so we had lots of privacy. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, could use an upgrade or be replaced with additional beds in the bedrooms. We spent our time in the area visiting the Everglades (40 mins north) and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (5 mins away). The Upper Keys Rentals Property Management Team is super responsive, even on a holiday weekend. We look forward to returning again one day, thank you!

Clean, convenient and relaxing

The property is very clean and has been updated nicely. Even though it's a larger complex our experience was very relaxing. It may have been due to the time of year we were there, but the place was not crowded at all. The pool and marina areas are also well maintained. It was also a very secure property. The location is a short drive to most everything you would want in Key Largo.
