「The elevator on the property was not reliably functional, and during my stay I was stuck in the elevator TWICE. This property was listed as accessible, and as a disabled person I was relying on that elevator to get in and out of my rental unit.」

「The front desk staff member was great during check-in, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. Expedia incorrectly charged us for two properties when we had only booked one for four people, and they have been very unhelpful in resolving the issue and refund. To make matters worse, the property we were given was not the one we originally selected when booking.
