Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
I booked this stay for a wedding in Charlevoix. I called to arrange for an early check-in two weeks prior to the stay in which I was told by 3 (very helpful) employees that my reservation was not real, and that I should contact hotels.com to proceed with a refund. Between contacting the management company, and hotels.com I have gotten the complete runaround for this non-existent stay. Not only that, but the reservation was non-refundable AND of course, by the time I went to use the insurance I had purchased, because the listing looked sketchy, it was too late to make a claim. Thankfully, my credit card company and their fraud department are on the case. Incredibly disappointed with how this was handled. Hoping this is not a constant.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication.
