「Absolutely perfect for 4th of July weekend! It was just what we needed to unwind. The views are spectacular, we could see fireworks displays from all over the lake! Our neighbor also did quite the fireworks display! We will definitely be back! The space was so clean & comfortable, and every amenity you could ask for.」

「House was perfectly located on the lake and the patios attached to the house were just phenomenal. Interior looks like it has all recently been remodeled. Really a great house if you’re looking for something on Lake Waneta or near Keuka Lake.」

「This was a great location. Lake access just 1/2 mile down the road. State Parks, hiking, attractions, and wineries were all anywhere between 15-45 minutes away. A very peaceful neighborhood. We all enjoyed ourselves very much.」

「A couple of my cousins and our daughters went to a concert at point of the Bluffs. We found this house and it was perfect! It was beautiful, so clean, and had tons of little extra touches that we loved! We will definitely book again.」

「The property was spacious and spotless. Very comfortable. Very well located.Wish firewood had been provided and that the outside areas had been a little more lively after sundown. But it was a really good place to stay to explore all the wineries on Seneca, and the communication with the host was great.」

「We had the best tome fishing from this cottage’s dock. Fish are varied and plentiful…bass, rudd, lake trout and more…we even had a great fight with a pike! The virw is amazing, the setting is so quiet and our host was extremely helpful!」

「Property was very clean close to lots of vineyards. Well equipped with everything. Pet friendly too. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Just to note, there was no one in the attached unit so I can say about the noise factor.」

「Modern and with lake views! Great interior design, great furniture selection. Great area for walks! Very clean - Area is quiet, great get away around the Finger Lakes, and you are looking for luxury!」

「This was one of the most welcoming and comforting places we have ever stayed. We couldn’t have asked for more and Tina is an outstanding host. We will be coming back this fall.」

「Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Finger Lakes. The house is spacious and very clean, with beautiful lake views from many windows. The hosts, Annie and Gary, were very accommodating and communicative, letting us check in early due to a snow storm that came through and checking the next morning to see if we needed a plow. The location is great, near many of the breweries we wanted to visit on this trip, with good food nearby as...

「We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.」
