This airy retreat lies in the heart of downtown Ketchum, steps from restaurants, cafes, nightlife and entertainment. Styled in ultra-modern decor with original artwork and high-end furnishings, the 2-bedroom condo evokes the ambience of a chic hotel with the amenities of a private home.

The penthouse opens onto a spacious living area with exposed brick, high ceilings and modern accents, including metallic stag mounts, velvet furniture and a chaise lounge. The gourmet kitchen boasts Wolf appliances, a steam oven, a Nespresso coffee maker and a second wine cooler.

Unit not suited for children under 13 years of age.

This spacious suite has a private, furnished balcony overlooking Mount Baldy with comfortable patio chairs, a portable wet bar, and a propane fire pit. Inside, guests have a large-screen TV, a LED fireplace, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass step-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Upper Level
King Bed
Decorated in the style of a European villa, this suite has a wall of arched windows, a private LED fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.

A private washer and dryer on the upper level and a powder room on the main level add convenience.

From this prime location in downtown Ketchum, walk to a wide variety of dining options, parks, and landmarks in less than 2 minutes, from the Warfield Distillery & Brewery to the Sun Valley Museum of Art.

The condo is also less than a mile from golf at Bigwood, just 20 minutes walk to River Run, hiking trails on Baldy, and horseback riding at Sun Valley Stables. Ketchum’s free bus system makes it easy to reach Sun Valley Lodge and other adventures in the area.

Noise at this property should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.
