This place was fantastic for me and my girlfriend. Very spacious, and great knowing that there are to good size beds. Walking distance to everything. No more than a 5 min walk to both the main gondala of the resort, and to the center of the downtown. If you not skiing during the winter, or just come during the non winter seasons, there's plenty for activities to do. 100% will be back there ASAP.

I spent a month (June 2024) at this place working remotely and it worked out wonderfully! Nature is literally right outside the front door with the base of the ski mountain and hiking paths within walking distance plus the downtown area is super close (also walkable) with a market, restaurants, shops, bars and more. My time at this place was very relaxing and it was easy to acclimate to the new short term 'home'. Wifi was great, climate control was good and cozy and there was a binder that explains all the little details about the place if needed. 10 outta 10 - will be revisiting and recommending.

On Vacasa's website the unit was described as "centrally located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants". Apparently the owner forgot to notify Vacasa that Main street is under major construction until the end of July. There are detours everywhere and most shops and restaurants are closed. I was told that all Ketchum residents were notified of road work two years ago. There in no house manual with instructions. I had to call Vacasa to find out how to turn on the electric stove top that was on lock mode, Swedish washer, electric fireplace... The last item, and this is a big one, there was no central heating. I was there mid-May and temperatures at night dipped to 45°F. The unit was so cold, I had to wear my coat and socks to bed trying to get to sleep. The next day, I found two small space heaters in the closet. This was not the vacation I had in mind nor what was promised.
