Owners take great pride in keeping this up.Amazing views of the Sound, you can see Cruise Ships, Float Planes and Bald Eagles Flying in between the trees.Very thoughtfully equipped with so many small but important items. (i.e. earplugs for snorers...)Kitchen has everything to cook if you so desire. 「Amber and Mike are wonderful host! Very responsive to messages. The home is clean and in an amazing location. Humpback whales traveled past the house as well. It was an amazing stay; we did not want to leave. Advice: Avocados are 2.50 so if you eat as many as we do I suggest you buy some (not ripe) to bring with you. If you need ice go to Fish From Trish (she has great seafood for sale). Visit as many of the local lakes as you can. They are all beautiful and worth the hike. 」

「This basement apartment was the perfect cozy spot for my husband and I. We woke up and could see the cruise ship from the kitchen window. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We didn’t use the kitchen during our short stay but it looked well stocked and the coffee was great in the morning. The pictures sent of the entrance were helpful in locating this basement spot. We would stay again.」

「This property was excellent. I would stay here again. Super clean, gorgeous views, walkable neighborhood to sites of interest! We happened to be in Ketchikan during the hottest week of the season so we had to have the windows open in the late afternoon, evening and overnight due to the sun baking in the beautiful windows. Luckily there was a oscillating fan in the closet to use. Kind of a fluke weather situation. Due to the windows being open, it was quite noisy with the traffic, but it also...
