「We knew the minute we arrived we were already going to be coming back in the future! Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Gave us all the information we needed. We had arrived early to leave the car and get the bus into Keswick. A lovely lady on reception took my number so she could ring if the room became ready earlier than the 3pm check in which was really kind! When we returned she took us to our room and let us know about breakfast etc. The room was SO clean, fresh and we got settled in...

「Really enjoyed our break at the Royal Oak hotel, Easy check in, very quiet room and comfortable Could not fault anything. Meals were lovely Breakfast was to die for very good quantity produce, really set us up for the day. Staff and manager were very attentive. Looking forward to staying hear again.」

「The room was on the second floor so carrying luggage up from the ground floor was a struggle. Room was small and we struggled to find a place to open our case . The bathroom was very small. Grout and seal around shower needed refreshed . TV in the room was also very compact . There was dust in places but generally it was very clean. We liked the pretty visitors’ lounge with honesty bar.
