「We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice, clean and well decorated. A bit of traffic noise as we faced the road but I had ear buds which solved this issue. The breakfast was substantial and very, very good. The hostess was friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. We will return. 」

The room and en suite bathroom was too small but we were told that it's the room the hotels.com had allocated us. Cooked breakfast, cereals and variety of fruits available.」

The site its self was a peaceful escape away from the crowds of other parts of the lakes but still within an easy drive from Keswick. The check in process was simple and all instructions were sent prior to arrival, which was really useful.」

「Very nice property with a pretty little sitting area to watch the sunset over the lake. Very clean, neat and well equipped kitchen. Check in and communication with Matt was very easy. Nice parking spot just outside the pretty garden. Would recommend highly. It’s a great location for exploring the northern lakes district and easy to get to Keswick. Very quiet and peaceful location. A nice touch was a bouquet of fresh roses upon our arrival.」

「The location was brilliant. The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. However, the external areas were in dire need of cleansing and maintenance. (Getting rid of the bird feeders would help in this matter !!)」
