The best holiday home in years
This was the best holiday home we've rented in many years. We stayed for only one week but we wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, due to several reasons it was impossible for us to book for a longer period this time. We also didn't know full well what to expect, this being our first holiday in Denmark, but being back home now we know we should have been able to stay longer. From the moment we arrived this felt like a home from home. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace while drinking a glass of wine or walking to the beach or in the neighborhood. The house is also an ideal "base camp" to explore Kerteminde and its surroundings. All the facilities are there and it is quite clear that the house has recently been renovated. It is nicely done. Maybe a microwave oven would be handy for people who don't want to cook too much, but for the rest there is nothing we missed or felt wasn't good enough.
So, all in all, we had a really good stay. This is a house we will recommend to family and friends – in fact we've already done so! – and we want to come back. But this time for a longer stay!
