"1st time we went on 1/21/26 we had no light on the desk area. I really needed one. Our visit yesterday 3/08/26 the TV didnt work, they thought since they got it on it worked but there were only 2 channels and they were not anything we'd wanted to watch, like the news. Besides that the place is clean, and closd to interstate and near hospital where we had to go. "

"Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Very prompt with request. Very clean. We loved the indoor pool. The proximity to our events were perfect and great local places to eat and walk for shopping and relaxing. Valet parking was fabulous. Thank you all for a very nice stay. We will return"

"Pool wasn't open when I visited at the start of March and the hotel was still under construction from renovations, but I was in one of the updated rooms. It was spacious, clean, and modern, plenty of food for breakfast and a little shop behind the front desk with toiletries and snacks. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the utility of the new furnishings. "

"Gym was nice, room was satisfactory…..breakfast was a let down. Doors leaked in stair foyer, causing slick tile and us to almost fall. Deal breaker was the extremely moldy air vent. Have pics. Terrible. "
