Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly.

I loved the environment alot as it has a big statue of vinayagar and had fountains.. Vibe was good but food was not to my expectations.. Bali is well known for food variations but for breakfast they served,it was just within 4 menus and simple continental breakfast.. not even the full spread nor a buffet style.. Would strongly recommend to change your breakfast spread to attract more visitors and your profit will be much higher than expected.. I ate fried rice for breakfast and had very bad diarrhoea for the past 2 days.. It's evident that the fried rice was not a freshly cooked and was just preheated in oven.. The grains were dried out and it's either your rice,egg or chilli sauce made me had the runs badly.. Please do advise your chef about this and make some amendments if possible.. We youngsters have no issues,but when it comes to old people from other countries,it will be hard on their stomach.. Rather than this,all was perfectly fine.. Can rather say moderate for just 3 days stay.. Staff was beyond expectations.. Very respectful and friendly.. The most important is their way of welcoming visitors was extraordinary.. Please keep it up.. Kudos 🙏😊

Billig luksusfølelse til dyr pris.

Da vi booket så BNG ut som et skikkelig og seriøst sted. Personalet gjør sitt beste ut ifra bakgrunn og engelsk kunnskap. Men rommene var ikke pr 23.11.14 ikke rent og godt nok vedlikeholdt. Måtte bytte rom første natten pga gammel støyende A/C som ikke kjølte. Badegulv og toalett var ikke rent. Manglet flere lyspærer. Ikke komplett kjøkken utstyr. Siste av to netter etter villa bytte fant vi muselort i kjøkkenskapet! Frokosten var spinkel, lite utvalg og fattig på næring. Basseng og uteområdet trakk opp. BNG ligger et stykket unna Seminyak. 10min med taxi 30000r. Wayans Warung 5 min gange unna lager god mat.

A little run down and out of the way

The staff were delightful and our villa and pool were just what we were expecting and looking for, at first glance. It took us a couple of days to start really noticing the small problems with the experience. We had a very relaxing and soothing holiday none the less.

Amazing room and very clean. Service could use improvement: we were on a strict schedule and they served breakfast a half hour late and only after we called to remind them. Also tried to double charge us for a massage and airport shuttle at checkout. They had to make timely phone calls to verify we had already paid.

Excellent resort

Good size room and bathroom; Courtyard and private swiming pool were excellent (clean, well maintained, privacy). Breakfact was nice with a good variety. The staff is respectcfull and happy to help with any requests, however they lack professional training; the fact that they do their best to give the visitors a great experience makes up for that. Quiet location not far from Semianyak (free transfer to Seminyak available from the resort); Seminyak to the resort by taxi costs only 3 AUD. highly recommend the resort

Vacances magiques!

Jeune couple, nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables à Bali. L'emplacement de ce complexe est idéal, légèrement ex-centré pour éviter "bruits, pollution" du trafic routier; et seulement à quelques minutes en scooter du centre ville de Seminyak, et de la plage. La villa est très agréable, très jolie; pas de mauvaises surprises. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, ils nous ont aidé à organiser nos nombreuses activités. (Surf, plongée, rafting, croisière, yoga.......) Beaucoup de positif qui nous ferait oublier les quelques détails négatifs possibles!

Great private pools and very nice place.

Could have been a touch cleaner you can tell its cleaned by men not women, its a little bit out of the way but if you hire a motorbike for $4 a day its not a problem and not far to Semiyak the Vilas are great and the pools fantastic, staff very frendly although some struggle with english but overall a very nice place at a good price.

Villa in the 'burbs

The location is the biggest inconvenience for those wanting easy access to restaurants and shops. It is located in the suburban area of Kerobokan, which is very pleasant. The rooms for the most part are very comfortable but in some need of minor maintenance. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle on hand that will take you one-way but we found the cost of the return taxi fare did add up. Also, some taxi drivers did not know of the BNG villas. We found it a restful and relaxing place if you want to just chill around the room and pool.

Tranquilo y muy bonito

Muy bien. Estuvimos una semana y fue excelente. El servicio es buenisimo y estan todo el dia pendientes de que no falte de nada. La habitaciones son espectaculares y estan cuidadisimas. Lo unico negativo es que no funcionaba el wi-fi. En su defecto nos dejaban utilizar el ordenador de recepcion!! En resumen un gran hotel con un excelente servicio.

设施很齐全，私人游泳池庭院沙发浴缸微波炉，用得上的用不上的都有了。服务不错，热情大度。地段在kerobokan的一条小街里，算不上好，周围就是稻田，非常安静，到seminyak走路就可以去，我个人很喜欢。价格也很实在。 美中不足：房间没有晾衣服的地方也就算了，挂衣服的都没有。 考虑到价格和设施，我觉得挺不错的，大家可以试试。

Bali Nyuh Gading Hotel

This is my first visit to Bali with my girlfriend. The experience of staying in the villa of Bali Nyuh Gading hotel is overall a good experience. The staff is friendly and responsive to your request. I generally like the quiet environment of my villa. The only thing I do not like about is that the location of the hotel is some distance away from the active city of Kuta and Seminyak which may take around 10-20 minutes to get to those area with the hotel transport.

Can't wait to go back

My mum and I stayed here for 10 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and couldn't believe that the villa was exactly as per the pictures!! On the rare occasions the shuttle bus wasn't available, the staff arranged a taxi for us (the longest we had to wait was about 5 minutes). While the rooms were beautiful and clean, we spent all out time outside, under the covered dining/lounge area, or in the pool - very peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely recommend anyone going to Bali to stay here and will definitely be going back again.

Couldnt Fault It At All!!!!!

Just wanted to write a review on the BNG villas as we found the reviews very helpful when choosing to stay there. My wife and I stayed there for 5 nights and absolutley loved it! The staff where very friendly and happy to help, the complex is beautiful and villas are very well priced. We were welcomed at the front desk on arrival by the staff at 9pm at night all with smiles and helped us with our bags. Check in was quick and we filled out our breakfast requests there too whilst enjoying a reffreshing glass or juice. We were then escorted to our villa, walking through the grounds of BNG you cant help but to smile and relax straight away. Our villa was right at the back of the complex (villa 6) we walked through the wooden entance doors to our own private oasis. The pictures honestly dont do this place justice. Previous reviews saying the pools were small are in-correct, i would estimate the private pools to be atleast 30,000 litres so more than enough. The bedding is clean and changed everyday. The villa was kept spotless by the staff throughout our stay. The bathrooms are lovely and we especially liked the outdoor shower. We would definatly recommend this place to friends and family and will be back next time we are in Bali. We did alot of research on villas around this area and for value for money this one is by far the best! Thanks again BNG we will be back again soon Luke and Jodie

Beautiful Spot, Secluded Location

The BNG Villas were beautiful, quaint and peaceful. Well off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle, but an easy 5 - 10 minute car ride into town (which the hotel provides free of charge). The rooms were immaculate and stylish. The pool / living room / lounge area was PERFECT! Romantic and secluded, fun and relaxing. The service was friendly and punctual, the food was delicious and the ambience was safe and serene. Perfect for a honeymooning or vacationing couple looking to relax together. We were there on our honeymoon and my wife was ECSTATIC about the accomodations. It will remain a much-beloved part of our honeymoon memories.

Tolle Villas mit super Personal die den Sinn der Bali Villas verstanden haben. D.h. heisst man geniesst die Ruhe und die Einsamkeit der herrlichen Anlageben und kann wenn man möchte sich in das Getümmel von Kuta, Legian und Semyniak stürzen. Essen und Frühstück sind wunderbar. Die Preise für Massagen sind sehr moderat.

On se croirait à mi-chemin entre un décor digne d'un riad et celui d'une Hacienda.Le Personnel quant à lui est très accueillant, très professionnel, leur seule motivation étant de vous faire vous sentir "Roi".Ce fût le cas, nous ne pourrions d'ailleurs pas retourner à Bali sans y séjourner ou au moins s'y arrêter pour saluer tout les membres du staff. Notre premier coup de coeur Balinais!

1.no tressle table to put luggage in the room. at least provide a bench or something 2.the stone slabs in the outdoor bath not practical as I cant stand firm to even brush my teeth and wash my face at the basin 3. plunge pool needs to be cleaned regularly of green moss 4.i found some stains on the pillow case 5.very good cable TV channels. excellent choices! 6.should fix a door bell 7.very nice concept of outdoor bath and shower 8.All staff were helpfula and friendly especially Windi during our stay 9.Hotel should advise us on the direct tel contact of delivery service restaurants because the call centre was too busy 10. good value for money 11. time for shuttle service should be extended till dinner

Bali Nyuh Villa in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia

The king-size bed is a plus point and the ambience was delightful and very comfortable. The surrounding quiet for relaxation. Definitely a good getaway.
