「The ranch was very nice, it is very close to the town in a peaceful, well kept location. Amy the host was very communicative and made sure we knew what was going on at the ranch so there was no surprises. Our son loved the horses and my husband loved the airforce practicing drills in the valley overhead. 「Had a great stay for a solo fly fishing trip on the Kern River. The property was just I expected based on photos and descriptions. Host communication was clear and helpful. Enjoyed the wood stove and limitless firewood each evening. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Very disappointed with our stay. There’s no one at the front desk, you need to look for them or wait. The sheets and covers were really dirty (spots and hair) and had to be changed. No hand soap in the bathroom. Tiny towels for showering had to use our own. The tv never turned on.
