"You can see that the place is beautiful. The view AMAZING! What you can not see is how beautiful the hosts are!! This probably our 10th VRBO rental. We have never had the hosts meet us upon arrival. The entire family was there, with wine and home made cumquat preserves. We also meet the house cleaner who came every two weeks. We where there for more than 10 weeks. The house is beautiful!! The furnishing were fine, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace during the evenings for the ambiance and the warmth. It was a bit cold for the pool so we never got in it but it is very nice. The pool area has the outside kitchen. We used the grill a lot. We enjoyed the outside space. You can't imagine the view. We stopped everything every evening for a glass of wine at sunset; AMAZING!!! I can only imagine how fun it would be to be there with kids and the pool.We will likely return for another extended stay.Why the extended stay? I had work to do in Europe so we based at Fairytale and traveled as needed. The drive to the airport is manageable. Working meant that we needed high speed internet. There was WiFi as advertised but it was too slow for our needs. We bought Starlink, and when we departed we made a deal with hosts and now they have Starlink. The kitchen is ok, not the best appliances. Lastly, is there is no hot tub. There is a tub, but not Jacuzzi type hot tub.Did I mention the hosts are wonderful? The house is beautiful and view is AMAZING."

I am recommending that you visit Limni and stay at this hotel. I have travelled the world and this boutique hotel is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. "Mrs Vaso was incredibly hospitable and responsive to our needs. Due to Greek Easter celebrations, she kept the breakfast open for us and even made us extra eggs and bacon. :-) The room was clean and efficient. All the buttons worked from the tv, air conditioning, bathrooms, showers, etc. as expected. The WiFi worked as expected with no drama. I had some difficulty finding outlets for electricity near the desk area and I was fortunate to have brought with me some extra long extension cords that made everything ok, but otherwise this is a no-brainer choice of a place to stay. "

The pool facilities, jacuzzi, and Mediterranean garden allowed us to spend quality time with friends and create unforgettable memories at sunset. "This was definitely not the romantic gateway we expected.. is a family friendly resort with plenty activities for the little ones .. however when I called prior making my reservation and I asked if this a quiet peaceful resort they told me yes …. "

"I think “Luxury in Theologos” is over stating the case. The view from the villa is awesome - second to none. We enjoyed cooking outdoors and using the grill. Our focus was not really on the villa. We had some great family time together - that was our focus. The villa, however, is starting to look very tired. Broken showers, little to no hot water, badly maintained swimming pool (unusable last 3 days), worn out and shabby fixtures and fittings. The plumbing is sub par and smells. Wild dogs wonder freely around the property day and night. The area is quiet as advertised but the local beaches and restaurants are below par and make it hard to justify the price charged for the villa. It’s not 5 stars more like two or three stars."

"The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. On the eve of my departure for Greece, I received an email with check-in instructions all in Greek requiring you to send a pre-arrival form, all in Greek, when options to do this all by phone might be limited. Due to network problem in the area, could not reach property by phone. Finally, we established contact on FB messenger and the property manager was able to call me back. When she did, she was wonderfully helpful and polite. Overall pleased, property is lovely once you get there, but do realize it’s in the middle of nowhere with a steep walk to and from the beach and town, and communications can be challenging. "
