「Check-in was delayed by 2 hours with no warning. The whole house smelled like cigarette smoke when it was advertised that it was a non smoking house. It could be that the other guests were smoking inside because the patio that was supposed to available was full of trash. The 1st morning there was no toilet paper on the roll and no spare rolls in the bathroom. Not a good way to start the stay. I was given a bath towel and a bath mat but no hand towel or wash cloth. 「The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice and comes with a lot of amenities to use! The design is super cute and modern. The complex was nicely kept. A couple things I noticed- in one of the bathrooms the trash wasn’t emptied and there was someone else’s hair in the shower. One bedroom is above the receiving dock of some sort and we could hear trucks and workers unloading at 3am. :( The check out instructions and information about parking wasn’t clear, we ended up with parking tickets.
