We stayed in a large king as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. It was a great size and we really appreciated the extra living room space for play and the larger fridge for necessities. Add in the cool factor with the loaner guitar and the friendly staff and we’d definitely stay there again. My only complaint was the construction that limited the traffic flow at times.

Great location for theaters goers and in the heart of times square, so not quiet! Alive area. I didnt use the restaurant or facilities. The hotel was clean, staff friendly.

Initially, because we booked on Expedia they tried to stick us in a bad room and wouldn’t honour the room upgrade offer. Once I demanded to speak to a manager they were all of a sudden able to find me a room upgrade. Very nice otherwise.

"Ok so this hotel has pros and cons, as most do. First, the location is great, right next to Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens. We found it quiet enough in the rooms.
