「The property appears as listed. Great cabin in proximity to the Woodstock Museum and campus in Bethel Woods NY. There was a lot of rain during the stay that seemed to drive some large black ants inside. Apparently this is normal for this area. The ants were slightly annoying but acceptable given that we were in a rural area enjoying a rustic cabin on a wooded area. Absolutely loved the stay there. 「We had the most wonderful time just writing in front of the lake cozied up with a blanket, while our dog ran and played in the yard. At night, the kitchen is the perfect kitchen to cook together and share a bottle of wine, with the music and fireplace going. 10/10 will def comeback!」

「Luxury camping in the beautiful woods. It’s modern and rustic at the same time. It’s amazing being able to build your own fire grill and cook your food. The living space was clean smelled amazing. 「Jan is a gracious and generous host who made us feel welcome during our stay. He went out of his way to stock the refrigerator with staple foods and added delicious fruits and authentic kielbasa. 「We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family does a yearly family vacation and when we are somewhere we take day trips to surrounding areas. We were able to let my step daughter see her grandparents on her mom’s side who she hadn’t seen in years. We also took a train into the city. It was nice to be able to come back to the quiet of this little place to relax and get ready for the next day. If we return to New York we definitely will look at staying here again. 」
